Magnolia Green - City of Fort Worth

The West Rosedale Magnolia Green Sustainable Development Infrastructure project is located on West Rosedale Street between Lipscomb Street and South Jennings Street in Fort Worth’s Near Southside District. Project features include town homes, a medical building, and the Moncrief Cancer Center. Additional land uses include retail, residential and office. At completion, the project will create 139 housing units and 900 jobs.

The project was funded through the 2005-2006 Sustainable Development Call for Projects for a total of $375,000 to construct landscaping and median improvements to enhance the walking environment along West Rosedale Street and encourage pedestrian activity around the Midtown, Oleander Walk, Samaritan House, and Magnolia Green projects.
