Comments

Name Entity Date Comment
Randy Skinner Tarrant County 11/2/2015 This type of development appears to be generally incompatible for the 65-69 DNL zone. If constructed, sound attenuation efforts should be made to achieve NLR of at least 25 decibels.
Mike Branum NAS Fort Worth, JRB 11/2/2015 The subject property is west of accident potential zones located south of the Naval Air Station. Situated within the base’s 65dB DNL noise contour, Navy land use compatibility guidelines and classifications discourage multi-family residential development in this area - Noise Zone 2. As stated by another reviewer, if this zoning change request is approved, new construction should target to reduce noise levels by a minimum of 25dB.
