Project Description:  Public Hearing/Action to consider Planning & Zoning Case #PZ12-01, the request of Ruth E. Bullon to consider changing the zoning of certain properties within the PC Planned Commercial Zoning District to SF1 Single Family Residential Zoning District for the use of a single family residence at Block 5, Lot 18, Broadview West, Lake Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, property commonly known as 6012 Cowden Street. Mrs. Ruth Bullon owns the property at 6012 Cowden. The property is currently zoned PC-Planned Commercial. Comments

Name Entity Date Comment
Rachel Wiggins Past CPLO at NAS Fort Worth, JRB 3/15/2012 Based on its location outside of the current noise footprint, the use of this property for residential purposes is compatible with AICUZ recommendations.
Dave Gattis City of Benbrook 3/19/2012 It appears that this project is outside of the 65 dB contour and outside of the APZ; therefore, I have no objection to the zoning change from an RCC standpoint. Whether the change is appropriate from a land use standpoint is up to Lake Worth to determine.
