This web page contains the adopted version of the Implementation Plan for the Seventeen Total Maximum Daily Loads for Bacteria in the Greater Trinity River Region (referred to as the I-Plan). Also available are higher resolution versions of the maps found in the I-Plan and the technical documents that form the basis of the I-Plan.  The I-Plan is the result of a NCTCOG-coordinated, stakeholder-driven effort to address high bacteria levels in the Upper Trinity River, Cottonwood Branch and Grapevine Creek, and the Lower West Fork Trinity River and 11 of its tributaries.  TheI-Plan linked below was reviewed by the local stakeholders involved in its creation and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).  This is the official I-Plan - no further changes are expected until the Coordination Committee meets again to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation strategies.
