Regional 9-1-1 Emergency Number Program Public Education Supply Request Form

Supplies are for the sole use of NCTCOG's 9-1-1 Program participants.

Pickup Procedures:
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we request that you pick up your supplies at our offices on the day specified on your order. We are located at the North Central Texas Council of Governments, 600 Six Flags Drive in Arlington, in the CenterPoint III building. Please check in with the receptionist, who will notify staff of your arrival. Click here for a map.

Because of space limitations, we can no longer pack orders in advance.

On the day of pickup: Please call Brittney-Ann Burross at 817-608-2328 to confirm you are coming, and to ensure we will be available to assist you. Please do not come without confirmation to ensure one of us will be available to assist you.

Generally, orders can be picked up Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. We will contact you if there is a schedule conflict with your requested pickup date or when supplies are low.

The 9-1-1 Program has the right to limit quantities based on available supplies.
